1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ParkJili platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 2. Eligibility
To open and maintain a ParkJili account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

ParkJili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Account Registration & Management
Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on ParkJili. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ParkJili will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
ParkJili reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if there is reason to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on ParkJili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment methods:

- Maya (formerly PayMaya)
- GrabPay
- Coins.ph
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section of your account dashboard. ParkJili does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to verification. ParkJili may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and any other documents deemed necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawal requests that fail verification will be declined.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Referral Rewards

ParkJili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting markets are governed by official league and governing body results. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during gameplay, ParkJili reserves the right to void affected bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ParkJili:
- Use of bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform.
- Collusion with other players, including sharing hand information in live dealer games.
- Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks and identity theft.
- Placing bets with the intent to manipulate match or event outcomes.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ParkJili's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
